All drivers to report to the office Saturday morning, to sign in and collect wrist bands for karts and drivers parent or mechanic no wrist band NO going on track, only the person wearing the wrist bands to be in the dummy grid area.

We will be having the chequer flag at start finish for practice, All drivers must the exit the track on seeing this No full lap around straight into the pits please.

Practice session will be 7 mins.

There will be a 30 minute lunch break

Generator's to be off at 11pm and can not start them till 7am, thank you.

Dogs must be kept on leads PLEASE pick up after your dogs.

Gold Wrist bands for parent or mechanic Scrutineering will start after lunch everyone must report to the scrutineer.

Everyone MUST report to the office in the morning to sign in Thank You No wrist band on the kart No going out for practice, the office will be open from 7:45am.

It is your and your drivers responsibility to make it on grid on time- times are approximate you must give yourself time.

Camera's can be fitted to karts race day but you must get this checked by the scrutineer, the footage can not be used or given to officials' it is for your personal use only! IF WE HAVE PROBLEMS WE WILL ASKED FOR THEM TO BE REOMVED.

Novice drivers will start at the back if you do not want this then please tell Sam in the office to remove this Saturday morning.

Sunday

Transponder collection and Sunday drivers only must report to the office to sign in and collect transponders, Sam will be in the office from 7:30 everyone must be signed on by and transponder collected by 8:20.

Driver Briefing will be at 8;30 Sunday morning, ALL DRIVERS AND SIGNED ON PG MUST ATTEND.

3lap practice 3 7 minute heats and a 9 minute final.

Time table will be up tonight.

Only the class on the dummy grid and next class can be in parc feme. ONE person and driver please wrist band will be given to the One person who can enter the dummy grid.
